This remodel of this upscale residential building reimagines every detail – from the grand lobby
to all common areas – emphasizing sophistication, functionality, and timeless design. The goal
was to elevate the property’s market appeal while offering residents an unparalleled lifestyle
experience. This remodel included redesign of all common and social areas including the
elevator redesigns and the gym.
